Suggested Usage

• Children who can already chew properly.
• Older children or adults who have difficulties swallowing tablets or who prefer a chewable food supplement.
• People who do not regularly eat enough foods with vitamin C, e.g. different fruits and vegetables.

Recommended dose Children take 1 - 2 Chewable C per day with meals. Adults take up to 6 Chewable C per day along meals.
